I have one user that can login to the OWA but as soon as they click on a
folder or double click on an item in the inbox it will prompt for the
username and password again. Regardless what folder, addressbook, calendar,
etc... It just keeps asking for the username/password.... This problem
occurs wether they login using premium or basic or priviate or public
computer.

And none of the other users are having problems and i have logged in with
the problem account from multiple computers.

How do i fix this problem?

Check and make sure the user's browser is not blocking cookies for
your owa either via ip address or hostname.
