Mobile 5 phones cannot download attachments from Exchange 2007 SP1?

Deployed Exchange 2007 w/ SP1. I didn't make any changes to any of the
policies, everything is pretty much "out of box". Moved my mailbox to
the server from Exchange 2003. My Mobile 6 SmartPhone recieved a
notice to download the ActiveSync policy. I did so, and everything
works just fine for me.

Moved two other users over w/ Mobile 5 phones. Performed the same
steps, now neither of them can download any attachments. Mail comes
and goes just fine though. They see the attachment and when they
choose to open they get the notice that it will be downloaded during
the next send/receive. But, after the send/receive, the attachment is
never downloaded.

Kooky shtuff.

Any ideas?
