RE: old 5.5 servers

Hello customer,

Thank you for update.

Yes, we do not need the ADC after we remove the Exchange 5.5, you can
remove it.

For the public folders access issue:
This seems to be an issue with the psapi.dll a windows dll that we shipped
with Exchange 2000/2003. IE 7.0 shipped a newer version of the PSAPI.DLL.
However because of the older version of PSAPI.DLL getting loaded in the
Exchange System manager the hhctr.ocx causes the access violation when we
try to launch the help file.

To resolute this issue, we need to uninstalling IE7.

For the Exchange BPA error Site folder deleted, I suggest we try the
following steps:

1. Click Start and select Run.

2. Type adsiedit.msc in the Open box and press Enter.

Note: The tool can be installed by Windows support tools.

3. Find Configuration->Services->Microsoft Exchange->First
Organization->Administrative Group->First Administrative
Group->Servers-><server name>-InformationStore->First Storage Group->Public
Folder Store and open its properties.

4. Copy the GUID from the distinguishedname attribute.

5.Open the properties of the Configuration->Services->Microsoft
Exchange->First Organization->Administrative Group->First Administrative
Group.

6. Paste the GUID onto the sitefolderserver attribute.

7. Restart the system attendant service.

I hope these steps will give you some help.

Thanks and have a nice day!

Best regards,

Terence Liu(MSFT)
