MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2003 ON EXCHANGE SERVER

I recently changed out a laptop and put a new exchange profile on the
laptop. I can not open Microsoft Outlook 2003 now. It constantly
says we need to reinstall and when we do it doesn't fix anything. I
can open Microsoft Outlook as Administrator but not as the new person
on the laptop. I have given that person every right that exists.
