Unable to Remove Public Folders

Hi All,
I'm trying to uninstall an Exchange 2007 SP1 that got all messed up. When I try to uninstall, I get a message about the Public Folders. However, there are no folders or replicas in the Public Folder Store. Any ideas on how to get past this?
