Using Exchange 2000 on SBS2000. We have an employee that has left the
company. We would like to keep the mailbox history for that user but
delete the user from the system completely. This means, deleted from
AD and the mailbox deleted/removed from the mailbox store. Currently,
we have only removed the email account from our ISP Mail server and
the mailbox from the POP3 Connector properties to get rid of the
corresponding POP3 Connector error within Event Viewer.
When the employee left, we only disabled the account in AD so now we
receive the folowing errors in Event Viewer: 9548 (Disabled user,
master account SID) & 1022 (Logon failure to database).
So, how can we archive the mailbox items (we do not need contacts or
calendar) and remove everything Exchange related for this user from
the system?

Thanks. I am not real familiar with using Exmerge but I will do some
research. At least I have a starting point. Thanks!
