Re: EAP not working

- Are all recipients supposed to get the new email addresses, or just a subset?
- Are those recipients EAP-disabled (i.e. email addresses not controlled by EAP) by any chance?
- Are you using the pre-canned filter(s) for EAP (I'm guessing yes... )?

I've setup a new Accepted domain and a new E-mail Address Policy (to add a
second SMTP address to a group of users). I have it set up to use the a
custom filter based on Custom Attribute 1. I have updated numereous times
and the additional SMTP address is not being applied to these users. If I
use preview in the EAP creation process I see the correct users in there.
Any ideas?

I'm currently in an Exchange 2003/2007 environment. The users that will
have this new EAP applied are setup on the Exchange 2007 server.

Thank you in advance for your help.
