Exchange 2007 DB Mounting Error

Has anyone come across this before or have an idea what could be causing it? I've been fighting with this new cluster for 3 days now... :) After extensive research, it seems others are having the exact problem, but no resolution has been posted to date.
Environment: SCC, AAP, Brand New, Clustering works, but SG resource won't start, DB won't mount. Error I'm getting when I even try to create a new SG/DB and mount. LUNs were created without write caching, and there is no AV on the box yet.
Error:
Exchange is unable to mount the database that you specified. Specified database: USMAIL2K701\SG1\SG1; Error code: MapiExceptionAmbiguousAlias: Unable to mount database. (hr=0x80004005, ec=2202)

I've rebuilt this cluster 3 times using our SCC build guide process. Everything else is kosher, except for the key component of mounting DB's! ?
Any ideas?
