RE: Connection Settings for RPC over HTTP

I was thinking the same thing. I will be going to the users home tomorrow to
re-install and see what happens.

Thanks,

Hello Customer,

Thank you for update.

I do not think take a long time to respond when click reply button on a
email is a RPC over HTTP issue. I think this is a Outlook client side issue.

Does it take a long time to respond when you click Forward button on a
email?

Please try to create a new Outlook profile and then configure the RPC over
HTTP again to see if it help.

Does this issue happen on all RPC over HTTP clients?

For you question: "Should I enable http before TCP/IP? For Fast and Slow
connections, neither/both?" we only need to tick the option "On slow
networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP". This option
enabled, the Outlook will try the RPC over HTTP connection first. If it
fail, the Outlook will try the RPC connection.

I hope these steps will give you some help.

Thanks and have a nice day!

Best regards,

Terence Liu(MSFT)
