Error 0X80190194: Microsoft Exchange offline address book

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

(Exchange 2007)

I am receiving this error in Outlook 2007 everytime I send/receive:

0:56:21 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
0:56:21 0X80190194

I searched the internet for help on this and came to:

http://blogs.msdn.com/dgoldman/archive/2006/11/27/Error-0x80190194-when-using-an-outlook-2007-client-to-download-a-web-distribution-enabled-oab.aspx

However the difference between my problem and the what is described in this
blog is that the OAB files /are/ being generated just fine. If I go get the
URLs from here:

Exchange Management Console -> Microsoft Exchange -> Server Configuration ->
Client Access -> Offline Address Book Distribution -> Properties -> URLs

The URLs I am using are:

https://www.mydomain.com/OAB/88c197e5-2f19-4574-b472-f9da56d2696e/oab.xml

Which are correct. In fact if I go to that location in Internet Explorer
(on the same machine containing Outlook 2007) the XML shows the OAB.xml file
just fine. So I am not sure what the problem could be. Below are some
server settings. Any advice would GREATLY be appreciated as I have been
scratching my head over this for several days now.

Thanks
