Good Morning
When Outlook 2007 clients are downloading the Off-line Address
Books, I'm getting the so called 0x8004010F error.
Using Outlook 2003 it works well. That is to say, the
publication of Public Folders causes no problem.
I tell you the implementation details:
AD is in List Object Mode
1 Forest with 1 domain forest root and 1 child domain
User accounts in child domain
Isolated by organization
Privileges modified from Configuration/Services/Microsoft
Exchange/Organization/AddressListsContainers down.
Exchange 2007
2 MBX with CCR
2 CAS
Before sending this request I verified that:
l Certificates: Are OK and I've tested them over http and https.
l OABGen with no problems.
l The OAB files permitions on CAS are correct.
l I've regenerated the OABs 140 times.
l The showInAddressBook user attributes are correct.
l The msExchUseOABBL OAB attributes are correct.
l The autodiscover's xml shows the right path of the OABs.
l The permitions from the AddressListsContainers directory down, are
correct.
l I've restarted even the coffee machine a couple of times.
l The AD replication is OK.
l The DNS are fine.
l The EventViewer doesn't show anything.
l With OutLook 2003 everything works fine.
l I've recreated the oab virtual director 4 times.
l The msExchUseOAB attribute is correct.
What I am observing is that OutLook is not awared of which OAB
is the one that it should get, and that no request is reaching the virtual
directory.
When selecting the option "Download Address Book", it doesn't
show me the name of the expected OAB.
Has anyone got any ideas?
Thank you!
