Lanwench,

Can you elaborate what you mean by reverse is true.

I just talked to the secretary and she has been making the
appointments for the CEO. The ones in questions are the recurring
appointments (not all ofcourse).

How is she making these appointments?

With a computer!

If he makes an appointment, does it show up?

Guys,

We are on Exchange 2003 SP2. Our CEO has some appointments not
showing up on her calendar when viewing from Webmail (IE).

In regular outlook, its fine.

For example, on Nov 17, two of her three appointments are missing in
webmail.

This is not a recurring appointments. Any tips in troublshooting
this thing.

I will post this in the Outlook section too.

Thanks,
TNT

Check the view settings....and see if the reverse is true. also, no
PST files are in use, right?

NB: if you're going to post in multiple groups, please don't
"multipost" ..... crosspost instead, by posting a single message to
a handful of relevant groups (separate the NG names with commas) so
that everyone can follow the thread. Multiposting wastes everyone's
time, including yours, and may lead to your actually getting *less*
help rather than more.
