Re: Resource questions

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Log on with Outlook to the meeting room mailboxes and then close Outlook.
If that doesn't fix it, you might try starting Outlook with the
/cleanfreebusy switch and connecting to the bad ones.

Hi!

I've set up a lot of meeting rooms following these steps (Single
Exchange 2003 server, Outlook 2003):
* Create accounts in AD
* Logged on to each account
* Set "Publish free/busy" to 36 months, Automatic accept meeting
requests, Automatic decline conflicting requests, Set permissions so
that all company employees have access

1) When setting up a meeting I see the avaliability of _some_ meeting
rooms, but _most_ show "No information" (\\\\\)
All rooms are set up from the same computer, using the described
method above. I've also used the autoaccept.exe on most of them in a
previous attemt to script the creation of the resources. Which rooms
show their scedule is not concurrent with those who has the
autoaccept.exe settings. All meeting rooms' calendars can be opened
from my Outlook with no problem.

It's more that 24 hours snince I set up the meeting rooms so it's not
a publication problem. (?)

2) Could this have been done in an easier manner?

Thanks for your help, folks!

Llenda
