At the moment all test emails are generated from within our
domain. I have also tried sending emails containing blocked words from owa
and they still get through.

By default Content Filter filters mail from unauthenticated senders.
To make it scan internal mail, from the shell:
Set-ContentFilterConfig -InternalMailEnabled $true

i have installed the anti-spam agents on our hub transport server. I have
configured the content filter to delete emails containing certain
'naughty' words as a test. At the moment all test emails are generated
from within our domain. I have also tried sending emails containing
blocked words from owa and they still get through.

Most of the info that i have found deals with an Edge server. I can't find
anything to help with my problem. Any help or tips would be great!
