Changing Password through OWA 2007
Hi All,
I've rolled out a new 2007 server and wanted to let people be able to change
their password from within OWA. I had changed the group policy to allow as
few as 3 characters, and in fact, was able to change it from a complex p/w to
a 3 character p/w to test the policy. I was able to log on once and change a
password. When I logged in again and tried to change it (even to a complex
one) , I recieved a banner saying the password does not meet the complexity
requirements. Now, no one is able to change their password and they all get
the banner about complexity requirements. If I go into AD User&Computers, I
can reset their password to as little as 3 characters. When I check the
local security policy, the settings are those defined in Group Policy.
