Of course, we don't know what you've ruled out unless you tell us.
Does he have another client logged on that might be downloading the mail to
a PST at the same time?

No, I wouldn't' have posted if that wasn't something I already thought of
when she first reported this. However, it isn't that easy. I wish it
was.

Strange situation and hopefully somebody can help point me in the right
direction.
I work at a university and we have an instructor who has their students
e-mail them their assignments with attachments attached. The
instructor
has
OWA up in class and as the students leave he has them e-mail them their
assignments for grading. Anyway, he watches the messages come in and
usually
the student will check with him before they leave to make sure he got
the
message.
Here is where it gets weird, and it doesn't happen to every student.
He
can
view a student's e-mail and attachment and if he exits out and goes to
the
next message, when she goes to go back to the previous message, OWA
displays
a "That page is currently not available" When he logs out of OWA and
back
in, the message is gone. Connecting to Exchange through his Outlook
client
at his desktop, the message does not appear either. Not in ANY folder
and
not in the recover deleted items. Looked through the sync issues and
none
of
the messages appear to be i there either.
So, we are an Exchange 2007, Outlook 2007 environment and want to know
if
anybody has experienced anything like this, or similar.
I know you can do message tracking with Exchange to check on the
transport
of messages, but is there anyway to monitor messages once it gets to a
particular users inbox? That might be helpful in this situation.
I do not believe this is user error and it is only happening to just
one
instructor so far
.
