Public Folder Store [exch2003]

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

We are almost done migrating our org to exch2003, with exception to the public folders.

If I r/c on the PF store, and choose Move all Replicas, I assume this is how I move the pf store to the exch2003 server??

Can I do this move all replicas during production hours and whilst users are using outlook?
