5.7.1 Permissions problem. For some reason the sender is not allowed to
email this account. Perhaps an anonymous user is trying to send mail to a
distribution list.
Check SMTP Virtual Server Access Tab. Try checking this box: Allow
computers which successfully authenticate to relay
User may have a manually created email address that does not match a System
Policy.

Excahnge Server 2003 with SP2
Windows Server 2003 with SP2
This is one of the four Exchange servers. There are no Front-end Exchange
server. Window 2003 domain.
All services including SMTP is running. Mail to and from inside the domain
is flowing. Unable to receive mail from Internet.

Don't see any unusual event. After rebooting the server few mails do come
in
and then stops.
