Deleting isn't a problem. I can use OWA to delete "bad" items.

pfdavadmin is better...you can usually delete corrupt messages that way...

Yes, I can view/open the item(s) thru OWA.
I found kb article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/198909 and downloaded
Mdbvu32.exe from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=3D1C7482-4C6E-4EC5-983E-127100D71376&displaylang=en
I'm looking at MDBVU32.EXE now but I have no clue how to use it.

My bad. I didn't notice it.
Anyway... I ran ISINTEG twice last night. The result:
after 1st run
. . . . . SUMMARY . . . . .
Total number of tests : 20
Total number of warnings : 0
Total number of errors : 0
Total number of fixes : 1
Total time : 0h:6m:13s
after 2nd run
. . . . . SUMMARY . . . . .
Total number of tests : 20
Total number of warnings : 0
Total number of errors : 0
Total number of fixes : 0
Total time : 0h:6m:12s
and today, I still can't open the problem items. Isinteg didn't fix it.
Is there any other way to fix this problem?

I guess one of us should have told you this, but the general advice is
to run it repeatedly until you get no errors.

Ahh just noticed the length of this thread and the fact the move
mailbox wizard infact didn't work.
Let us know how IsInteg went.
