That's my supposition too - so far they are unable to determine if that is
the case.

I have a client that is having an issue with Vancouver's SHAW business
network.
A particular user has a TELUS blackberry and a redirect of a copy of her
messages to her addy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx account which exists as an AD
contact.
If I set exchange to send mail out through DNS no problems occur - but if
forward these messages through SHAW's smtp servers the connection gets
dropped and these emails get stuck in the queue (non-redirected emails
process fine).
I am currently working with SHAW's techs to isolate the issue - has anyone
run into an issue like this?
Cheers
The redirected emails have a different FROM than your domain and are
coming from your servers, so their servers are probably choking on
that.
