Check the headers of the message in question and you might get your answer.
I suspect that the ones with e-mail addresses don't have a friendly name in
the header, but that's just a guess.

In the Message tracking center, some entries have the sender's display
name
listed and others have the sender's SMTP address. Any idea why I would

two different types for the same sender?
