This looks like their problem. You might want to contact the postmaster of
that domain.

We are running Exchange 2003 SP2 with the current patches. Our users are
not
able to send mail to a certain domain. The following errors are logged on
our Application event log when attempting to send. In this case the same
message was sent to multiple reciepients in other external domains without
an
issue.
