Hello Customer,
Thank you for posting here.
According to your description, I understand that the RPC over HTTP do not
work on the Exchange 2003. If I have misunderstood the problem, please
don't hesitate to let me know.
Based on my research, I suggest we try the following steps to deploy the
RPC over HTTP on Exchange 2003:

I hope these steps will give you some help.
Thanks and have a nice day!
Best regards,
Terence Liu(MSFT)

| I am looking at the MS docs. I have 1 Exchange 2003 server in my ENV. I
am
| replacing it with the old server.
|
| On the old server I see the option for "Not part of an Exchange managed
| RPC-HTTP topology" selected. But I have users that DID connect via RPC
over
| HTTP with outlook from the internet. How is this possible?
|
| Now on the new server I cannot get connected. I DID make the changes on
the
| firewall - simply replacing the address of the old server with the new.
OWA
| is working and email is working.
|
| Please help!
|
| Thanks
