Can't apply to a Store directly as in 2003/2000.
Use the shell to apply to all users on a mailbox Store:
get-mailboxstore "Mailbox Store-name" | Get-Mailbox |
et-Mailbox -ManagedFolderMailboxPolicy "Policy Name"

We are running an Exchange 2007. How can I apply a "Managed Folder Mailbox
Policy" to an entire Mailbox Database or an Exchange server (rather than
to individual user accounts).
I'm basically trying to do what "Mailbox Management" and "Recipient
Policies"
used to do in Exchange 2003. I'm trying to delete (purge) messages which
have been in "Deleted Items" folder for more than 7 days for all the users
in the organization.
