- Assuming the account is enabled
- Is the recipient set up to receive mail from authenticated senders or
specific senders? (delivery restrictions)
- Does the recipient show up in the Recipient Filtering list? (global
settings | message delivery | properties)?
- Does the recipient have the correct email address?

I'm running MS Exchange 2003 with SP2.
I have 8 people that have been setup and can send and receive email with
no
problem.
We setup a new user going thru the same procedures that were done on the
pervious user.
This new user can send email to other users within the domain and to email
address outside of the domain, but cannot receive email from outside of
the
domain but can from within the domain.
I keep getting the following Delivery failure msg ever time I try to send
an
email from my personal email account to my domain account
Your message has encountered delivery problems to the following
recipient(s):
newuser@xxxxxxxxxx (This is not the email address, just example)
Delivery failed
550 5.2.1 <user@xxxxxxxxxx>... Mailbox disabled for this recipient
No recipients were successfully delivered to.
I have checked the email address and it is correct.
I sent an email to my personal account, then hit reply to that email and I
still get the above msg.
I checked the income logs within Exchange, and I can see it being logged,
but it kicks it back out to the sender.
Can anyone help me on this?
