Exchange 2000 sp3
No Event log messages
The source mailbox store is mounted
The mailbox store that houses the System attendant mailbox is mounted
I hope I have rights, both Domain admin and Enterprise admin, nothing has
changed that I know of.
The users are not disabled.
Happens on more than 1 server and different Workstations.

What version of Exchange? Are there any event log messages? Is the
source mailbox store mounted? Is the mailbox store that houses the System
Attendant mailbox mounted? Do you have rights?

I am trying to move a mailbox to a different store on the same server when
I do I get an error
Error: Opening source mailbox
The information store could not be opened.
The mapi provider failed
mapi 1.0
ID NO: 8004011d-0289-00000000
I have tried different users same issue. I have tried different stores
same issue
I have 2 servers and they are both doing the same thing.
I get no errors in the application or event log on either server.
HELP!
