That's more a replication issue, wich depends on de layout of your Site
definitions.
The change should be available to the DC's in the same site within 15 minutes.

Thanks .. when I perform a "preview" within system manager, the results are always accurate. The problem seems to reside at the Outlook client end, not acknowledging the change.
