System Administrator Messages - Annoying Problem

One of my users has suddenly started getting System Administrator
Delivery Reprotes for every email she send, I can not for the life of
me find the setting taht she has obviously changed to enable this
facility.
We are using Exchange 2003 SP2 with Outlook 2003 SP2.
This is the message:-

Sent: 30 August 2007 11:11
To: xxxx
Subject: Delivered: RE: IT Servicedesk Call #056797
Your message
To: xxxxx
Subject: RE: IT Servicedesk Call #056797
Sent: 30/08/2007 11:11
