SSL Certificate Vendor - Recommendations

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I'm looking for recommendations for SSL certificates.
Here's what I'm after, in this order
1. seemless use for users (no security alerts in IE 6, 7)
2. low cost (of course)
3. ease of installation for IT department.

Anyone have any thoughts?
