Your problem might be that you don't understand that only the first
recipient policy that matches a recipient is applied. You're aware of that,
correct? Given that fact, it's hard for me to imagine how you could need
that many recipient policies.

Hi there,
we've been running into problems that we created many recipient policies,
example we created 100 recipient policies,
, the system administrator recently found that most half of them not
really working as expected, instead only recipient
policies above number 50 works correctly as we tested, but we tested
recipient policies number 64, 65, 66 (priority
number), these recipient policies do not really stamp the new user that we
filtered in these policies.
My question, is it really a limitation in creating number of recipient
policies (priority)? Thanks!
