There's no magic number, sorry. Sizing depends on the usage levels of the
server and what kind of storage architecture you have or can afford, and
your backup infrastructure.

Hi Folks,
I have a question and I hope someone provide me a quick answer, please. I
have three IBM servers in our organization that are dedicated to manage
mailbox accounts. The servers in question are connected to a SAN that have
approximately 3.5 terabytes of space. The servers in question are run
Exchange 2003 in Windows 2003, Enterprises Edition with the newest service
packs.
Each server has four storage group and four stores in each store group. We
also support approximately 3,100 users.
Question: As a best practice, how many users and information store space
Microsoft recommend to be allocated in each store in a storage group? If
you
can provide a "Q' article I will appreciate
Thanks Folks and happy days
.
