Exchange 2007 refuse to uninstall

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I try to uninstall exchange 2007 after failed installation but it refuse to
do so.
For some reason, the last public folder database just refuse to be removed.
I tried moving it that fails too!

I do not have any more exchange on my domain.

I notice that if I try to install a new installation, it will tell me that I
need to install it on recovery mode. at the mean time, the 120 days period
just keep counting down.

Is there anyway I can just kill off the installation completely without
having to go through the uninstall routine and reload the domain controller
all over again?
