One more question, does your customer have a firewall, and does that
firewall do any SMTP inspection, such as a Cisco PIX does with its mailguard
feature, and which should be disabled?

One of my customers is using SBS 2003 and hosting their mail with
exchange.
When ont of their major clients sends them email a delivery failure report
gets sent back to the client and my customer does not recieve the email.
My
customers client is using Lotus Notes for their email and their delivery
report says the email failed because it lost connection with (mail server
server ip address) while sending message body. We have not seen this for
any
other emails. Wht could be causing this? Please help!!
