I just installed Exchange 2003 and working with NO-IP since I have a
dynamic IP assigned from my ISP. No port blocking is done from the
ISP's side. I can send e-mail without any problems to the internal
and internet fine. But when it comes to receiving from the external,
it does not work. When you run an nslookup on the mx recored, it is
resolved fine and so is the A name. I have even tried with the telnet
test commands on port 25 and that works also.

The config on my Firewall/router are fine. Any idea what can be
wrong?

So, from outside your network, can you telnet on port 25 to your no-ip
account/host and get your Exchange banner?
When you ping your no-ip account/host does it return the correct public IP?
Did you add myrealdomain.com to your recipient policy in Exchange, and are
all your mailboxes correctly getting stamped with the right email addresses
on the domain?

Note that since you're using a dynamic public IP, you're likely to have
difficulty delivering outbound mail to many servers outside your
organization - I suggest you forward your outbound Internet mail to your
ISP's SMTP server as a smarthost, in an SMTP connector.
