Hi Multitech,

I had a similar problem awhile ago using the Junk Senders List in Outlook
with Exchange.
By default, Exchange has a 512kb (cumulative for all lists combined) limit
on the total size of the junk e-mail lists.
I adjusted this registry key on my Exchange server and havent had an issue
since...

Registry key:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\ParametersSystem
Value: Max Extended Rule Size
Type: DWORD
Data: maximum size, in bytes, you want to allow for the junk e-mail rule

If this doesnt work, then as Alexander suggests give Microsoft PSS a call.

That is the place where to extend the Junk Folder list size. If that does
