I am going to upgrade to the latest version of the software and give
an update if this works or not.
Sorry for the late post, got swamped.

From my understanding, sending from gmail sometimes results in blankemails? Have you tried comparing the headers to see if they are the
same from a gmail message with a subject vs a blank subject? Headers
may also show some spam confidence markers or other info that may be
useful. Also have you checked your symantec logs or try bypassing
gmails servers?

As the subject states, this is my issue.
I have Symantec SMTP gateway with exchange 2003 as my mail server.
Problem is the emails came a couple of months ago and now it comes
blank with no subject but a sender address.
What's funny though sometimes we do get gmail mails, this is not the
funny/strange thing, what is, the email is sent from internal to our
mail servers.
Example:
I just sent myself an email from gmails site and received it.
Okay I just sent one from home and nothing.
Can anyone shed some light or point me to some reading that will clear
up this issue and get my users of my back
Thanks
