What does "Globalemailswithin the company" mean? What are you trying to
accomplish?

If you're asking for - users of a vacation group (whether query-based or
not) shouldn't get internal email (but continue to get internet mail) - no,
that's not something Query-Based Dist. Groups would help you accomplish.

You could disable those accounts while they're on vacation (can be scripted
based on group membership), you can prevent them from receiving internet
mail (by requiring senders be authenticated, can be scripted based on group
membership).
