I did that but I chose Anonymous as Reviewer. Ooops.. wrong one. Users still
can't see the folder.
It's fixed now. Glad you mention it. Thanks.

you could set the "default" permissions to "reviewer", if everyone who has
a mailbox is allowed to view the contents...

You're correct. I found this article (Windows/Exchange 2000 related):
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/274046
<snip>
You can only use Microsoft Windows 2000 Universal Security Groups (USGs)
for client permissions. If you try to add a Universal Distribution Group
(UDGs) to a client permission, the Exchange information store converts
the UDG to a USG.
</snip>
I do see Event ID 9552 on my Exch box that points to that particular PF
being the problem. And yes, my domain is still in mixed mode. Since I
can't switch AD to native mode yet, quick resolution is to populate PF
client permission list with mailbox enabled users :-(

MailUsers would need to be a mail-enabled security group (and I'd leave
it as a Universal one) in order to use it for permissions...and you need
to have AD in native mode to make this work, IIRC.
