Bump up diagnostics logging on MSExchangeTransport and monitor the
application event log (when you replicate the issue).

I'm sending a message to another user in our company and she never
recieves the message, i don't get any error messages. I started the
exchange server 2000 message history tool and found out that the message
is stopping at the categorizer. How can i troubleshoot this trouble
further? Thanks for any help
