Moving Ex2007 to a new server

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I need to move Ex2007 to a new server and take the old server down. There
are many article on transfering / recovering all Exchang roles to a
replacement computer of the same name. It seems the process might be less
complicated when moving to a replacement server with a new name and removing
the original server ?

Are their articles on replacing an Ex2007 server while both are runnng on
the network during the migration ?
(I have done this a few times with Ex2003)
