they're all the same. it's base64 encoded binary data. The encoded data may be a little different, but I would expect it to be. The encoding system though is exactly the same.

Sounds like a bug in postfix. What SMTP error code does it return when you submit the message?

Hi,

I found a problem this week-end when I try to install Exchange 2007, this problem is located in OWA.

When I try to send an email to a mailbox hosted to free.fr domain, the message is not delivered. It works fine with other domains.

If I send a message using Outlook 2007 to the same mailboxes, it works fine too.

After some hours of search, it appears that the problem is about the value of Thread-Index header. If I use telnet to send an email without this header or with this header but with a specific value (copied from Outlook generated header value for example) it works fine.

OWA 2007 generated value looks like AQHHt8UZfvFkB7UFE0m7Ou4FU5hsZA==
Outlook 2007 generated value looks like Ace3xY1tWFfsw639TLi7kvvF0KIeTA==
OWA 2003 generated value looks like Ace3xazK0cCZzfdlSomKfqdya6q6yA==

It appears that the encoding system of this header value has changed into OWA 2007. The new encoding system seems to be a problem for the SMTP server of Free (Linux Postfix).

Someone has encountered this problem and know how to solve it ?

Thanks in advance

.
