I have implemented quarantine mailbox. When the content score is 4 or 5, the
antispam is supposed to route there.
I am looking at the quarantine mailbox and all I see is undeliverable
messages from postmaster refering to subject. The body of the messages I
can't find. All of the e-mail addresses are from my domain whether a user
exist or not.
Based on this, I have the following questions:
Why are all emails are flagged as undeliverable?
Why are all email addresses mentioned from my domain?
How can I look at the body of a message?
Can the antispam engine takes into consideration email that is found in
quarantine when deciding if the mail is spam? If yes, is there a special
configuration to activate this feature?
Thanks in advance
