That book on Exchange called Implementing and Managing Microsoft Exchange
Server 2003 by Will Willis is probably the worst computer book I've ever
seen, period. Full of dumb mistakes, typos, misquiding info and generally
confusing as hell. Its from Microsoft Press but avoid like a disease if you
come accross.
