Monitoring Exchange 2003 Server

Hy, I need to monitor my two relay servers, but i never had use
performance monitor so i don't know which parameters to add to it... i
have read this microsoft kb

I think i need to monitor theese parameters to view the performance of
my two relay servers

SMTP Server\Local Queue Length

SMTP Server\Remote Queue Length

SMTP Server\Categorizer Queue Length

but i think i need to monitor also the "classic" parameters like cpu,
memory, i/o hd performance and network bandwith.

But, i turn to repeat, i never have use performance monitor and i
don't now wich parameters choose...
Can someone help me???

The two servers are only relay servers, they route only message
generated from application
