If you're getting this for all outbound mail. The I would consider deleting
the current SMTP connector and recreating it.
Is the linkstate of the connector up?

I'm getting NDR's as described in KB 276384, but when I look at my
Internet
message format, it is correct with one entry- name= default and domain= *
What else might be causing these ndr's?
We have exchange 2003, with a basic setup- just one domain, one forrest,
one
admin group.
