Sounds like you need to check your permissions.
Duplicate your permissions from the other FE and Check the BIN and Controls folders.

Added a third FE and when I log on to it using OWA the page is all broken
icons are out of place and says Loading ....

I did see some KBarticles but no luck.

Other 2 FE's are working fine. Not in the DMZ though. Adding a third one
and running into this issue.

Advise Please.
