You are right, someone with rights can use adsiedit and delete it right out from under you :( Either permissions for everyone or authenticates users was set to deny or its gone. I hope you have a restore of your ad.

No it has disappeared from servers , is there any log where i can find more information. It is important because i think someone deleted it. I got in event viewer some changes with 565 event id that reflect ad changes.

It should be somewhere , because you can delete a server that hosts exchange databases and f..... up a company.

If it just disappeared either there was some permissions change that now has stopped you from viewing it in the console, or the server was deleted. If you can see the server in the configuration container you might want to start your investigation there.

Can anyone help me,

My main server had disapeared from system manager. (?!)
After the restart , Information Store, and MTA Stacks don´t start up.

I´ve found in event viewer some event id 565 directory service acess before the server had been restarted , all the services were running before the restart.

Can you explain what could happend ? please.
