PDA - Windows Mobile 5.0 and Exchange 2003

I have a cingular 8525 and I connect to my work email with it. For some
reason, I can receive emails from everyone, but when I send emails to others
only the ones to addresses inside the office will send. Do you know why
this may be happening? If I reply to an email that someone outside the
office has sent me or just send one to them, it says invalid recipient and
goes to my drafts folder everytime. If I send one to someone here at work
from the PDA, it goes with out a problem.
Could I have something set wrong on the PDA or would this be internal? I
have the PDA set for incoming and outgoing mail for: remote.ourdomain.com,
which is set up to match our IP address. Should the outgoing be something
different in order to allow me to send to those addresses outside our
internal network while using the PDA?
Thanks.
