config outlook anywhere 2007, ssl help. how to create self signed cert like in 2003

In exchange 2003 I was able to configure my server for outlook over https
using a certificate that I created with the windows cert tools.
I've not found a clear cut tutorial to do this with outlook anywhere (2007)
Can anyone help?
