Re: error after updateing with latest Exchange updates

Thanks for updating.

If your Help and Support service is disabled when install MS04-015, event
id 10005 will appear.

According to your previous reply, I know that you installed update
MS07-026, since the Help and Support service to Automatic, the error is not
caused by this.

Please check the following service is started:

o World Wide Web Publishing Service
o Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP)
o Network News Transfer Protocol Service (NNTP)

Also, the problem occurs when IIS is being called by some application. If
after reboot, the event will not reoccur, you can safely ignore it.
